I. Educational Objectives
Training of Bachelor students in Law, majoring in International Trade Law, with political personalities, occupational ethics, high physical health, good legal synthetic thinking and fluent competence in one of foreign languages including English, French, Chinese, Japanese and Russian.
On the program completion, students in International Trade Law major gain foundational and in-depth knowledge in the international trade law area, including knowledge in Law on International Trade, Law on International Properties and TRIPS, Law on Competition and Anti-Dumping, Negotiation and Dispute Settlement Skills within the WTO framework…
On the graduation, students are qualified for positions in state-management bodies, international business law research and education entities, exporting and importing enterprises, foreign-owned businesses, banks, oversea Vietnam’s representative bodies, international companies and international organizations…
II. Curriculum
1. Total accumulated credit points: 140 credits, including:
1.1. Fundamental educational knowledge block: 39 credits, equal to 27.86%
1.2. Specialized educational knowledge block: 101 credits, equal to 72.14%
– Background knowledge : 23 credits
– Disciplinary background knowledge : 44 credits
– Disciplinary knowledge block : 16 credits
– Selective knowledge : 6 credits
– Mid-term internship : 3 credits
– Graduation Module : 9 credits
– Excluding Military Services Education Knowledge Block and Physical Health Education pursuant to the existing regulation of Ministry of Education and Training.
– Students have choices of customized curriculum with the consultation and proposals from study advisors on the basis of the above curriculum.
